electrical cable? maybe for heated seats or airbag sensor or a actual metal cable for the seat adjustment... how about a photo?

i don't know what it is but mine is hooked into a black wire casing that runs along a metal track under the seat up against the hump in the center of the car.
Hope that helps.

Just guessing it is for heated seats. The wires are in all cars so the seats go in during production without any issues. If a car gets the seats, it is all set, if not, it just sits there forever.
