Looking for flat black pics

Anyone have any pics of a flat black or black primer mini? I think it would look wicked, but I haven't seen one yet. Saw it a few years ago in SCC mag when they painted an sti with spray cans in the back yard.

Having seen Lyle's (Vinyl Styles) car in person, I must say that it the BEST wrap I've seen.
He recently applied some black vinyl details to a new white Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera. Looks like it came from the factory! Actually BETTER!!

HDR = High Dynamic Range. It's a method of photography that lets you capture large gradients of light in a single photo. If you go overboard though, that is too say making the light range to big, then you get a picture like that. It isnt a bad picture, it just doesnt look "natural".

I think that car looks gorgeous... and velvety soft! The side mirrors though are not my preference for complimenting the shape of the MINI.

WOW. That looks incredible. So let me get this straight - the whole car is covered in vinyl? No damage to the paint? Where do I sign? How much?

ps - I dig extreme HDR photos sometimes...

I saw his car last week and his work is very good. It took him 30 hours to do. I think it costs around $3K for the wrap. He also just wrapped this 335.

Yeah... the HDR is nuts. It looks more like an airbrush painting. But... it's cool.

By the way, that's actually matte black. Matte Black looks better than flat black because of the lusterous sheen it produces. It's incredibly beautiful. Flat black looks like a primer and while primer is okay, it's not as great as matte IMO.

A little late on the reply, but here are some pictures of my matte black Clubman. It's not a coupe, but you can get an idea of how the paint looks.

Here are a few from MINI United. I thought the cabrio was one of the best looking cars there:

I think it's a great picture. It's art. Perfect for subject and setting. Creates an aura of fantasy appropriate to the implied story.

Methinks you quoted the wrong response. I never said anything about the HDR photo.

Hmmm. Well, fastest mouse in the South, and accurate 93.7 percent of the time. Sorry.

That's OK. Sometimes I suffer from FAT fingers that spell-check misses!
