hey make sure the bottom tabs are in place. They are kinda tricky. If that doesnt work try sticking a little bit of duct tape to the ball just enough to cover the ball to give the grips enough to latch onto. hope this helps. Good luck.

Try taking the little metal clips that grip the ***** out and rotating them 90 degrees are refitting them back in.

... or g-e-n-t-l-y bend the little metal clips so they hold the ***** tighter. I like the duct tape idea as a great first attempt, but would maybe try Scotch 33+ electrical tape first since it holds up a little better. Great idea though.

Or, if it really drives you nuts, replace the knee bolster with the Euro parcel shelf: http://www.mossmini.com/Shop/ViewPro...eIndexID=39674

+1 on the euro parcel shelf!

If you replace or modify the little clips, it's best to tape them in place before attempting to force the trim piece back into position. Otherwise they just get pushed back or out of the way. I suspect the cause of your problem may be that you are only getting one of them in properly and the one that is working can't hold it alone when you hit a bump.

if its not in there right i will just fall down, and you wont even notice untill you hit a bump and bam its in your lap. once you put it back up give it a good whack with the side of your fist on the top corners

If nothing works, the easy solution is to just take the panel off and leave it off. I've gone around for awhile like that, and it doesn't rattle (that, erm, was the problem with mine )
