In the past week I have had my MCS at the dealership with a blown engine. At first we were afraid that the engine would be outside of warranty because of the Pulley and such. Later we fould out it was oil related (see other post)

I just want everyone to know Randy was at the dealarship asking questions, giving details and jsut plain being a friend when my car was in distress. I can not think of another person in the car business that would do all he has done to follow through.

CHEERS to Randy!!!!

Thanks again,
Tim

That is so great!

Randy is doing about 14 MINIs here in Phoenix this November.
It is nice to know we have that kind of support.

It's always good to see good actions rewarded with kind words. I can't say enough good things about the active MCO vendors who participate with good information, who participate with well written replies, and who participate with great customer support.

MCO needs to support those who support us so well! I'd love to see more of this type of community support from all vendors who advertise with the MCO!

If I can just slip in another mention of my cudo to Alex with tirerack.com for him and his company's responsiveness to questions and their high respect for their customers.

Thanks for sharing your story!
Randy has been here on MCO teaching us things and helping members all over the country install their Pulley's. I love reading his posts and learning about cars.

Randy has shown us all that ONE PERSON makes a difference!

When we hear of those that vandalize MINIs - we have to remember that there are many many others who admire and respect MINIs! For every jerk, there are 200 Randys!

Randy, you're a great guy and good friend!
Tim needed help and you were there for him!

A call for help was heard, a person acted on it and started helping, a question needed an answer, a mystery / problem is being solved, a person who's been hurt is getting restored faith human beings . . .

This is what the MCO and the MINI community is all about.
Caring about each other as people!

Tim, You take care ! I know you will land on your feet!
(then we'll hunt down the dirty bxxxxxs that jacked with your car and ...)
well, there went the loving caring community!

It's sometimes easy to think of the negatives and focus on the problems.
We may forget to look at what we have to be thankful for.
The MCO community is pretty darn good. Not unlike some of the computer user groups I have belonged to.

So a big thanks to RandyBMC. It's nice to know you do what you do because it is the right thing to do. You have my full support.

And a big thanks to Mark. Being behind the scenes you are the silent hero. Your hard work is much appreciated.

And to all the helpful and responsive MCO sponsors- thanks for your input, timely advise and product info that keeps us all up to date.
Heck we know more about MINIs than MINIUSA does!

We should just take over.

True stpry,
I ran into a slight glitch while installing my Magnaflow catback last winter/spring.
Called Randy and while encouraging me, and guiding me through the snag, he offered to FLY to Phoenix and help!
For an exhaust install!
Flaberghasted the @#$% out of me. That's the customer service that my Grandfather told me the lack of which would kill our economy (back in 1979)!
I may have not stated the Grandpa bit squarely, but point being that Randy has earned my future business. Come on pulley/ecu party!
