New Sunroof Graphics

I recently purchased the Union Jack perforated sunroof graphics from Aesthetic Creations I had the typical blue triangles changed to BRG to match the car color. The installation was easier that I thought, it took ~ 45 minutes. Let me know what you think.

Hey man that looks awesome, Im thinking about doing something like that. I kinda need new tint on the sunroof and i'd rather do something like that than pay for limo tint.

Looks good - did you do it yourself?
If so, a "how-to" please...

Thanks and ya it was a DIY project. I have never done that before so I was a bit nervous about taking on such a project and the quites I got ti install it ran from $75hr to $150hr with each quote was a minumum of 2hrs.

I was able to download of the web instructions that Mini dealers use to install graphics. It's a step by step and made it very easy to install.

I'm looking for the link for you. I'll post it when I find it.

I attached an image of the entire car with the bonnet and roof graphics.

Finally....I got a decent overall image.

I'm still looking for the link where I downloaded a Mini document that the factory/dealership tech's would use to apply sunroof graphics.

I installed the bonnet stripes before the sunroof graphics.

Very nicely done, 05Greenie. Do you know if there are any places out there that do custom designs for this?

I purchased my graphics from AestheticCreations.com and they have an extensive inventory of roof, bonnet, boot, and window graphics. They post numerous images of all the graphic options. It's amazing what some people have done to their mini.

Another website is cooperflags.com check em' both out.

I'm thinking about getting the checked banner in red outlined with white that scrolls from the bonnet to the boot...that will ahve to be in next years budget.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, but I was able to locate the file off the web that I used to apply the roof graphic. I have never done this before and I was squemish about meesing up this expensive piece of vinyl, but after reviewing the instructions from Mini it was very easy.
Notice on page 1 that the factory recommends 0.5hrs to complete this when every local graphics company stated between 1-2hrs...it took me 35 minutes.

If the link fails type in the address and it will locate it for you.
