Today I have received confirmation that my car has been ordered. I got my production number and I feel a little more at ease. Yes I am an obssesed MINI fan, but can you blame me? I Have been waiting since the begining of July and soon my fantasy will become reality. I am grateful to my friend who has his MCS and has taken me on a "almost shitting myself ride" to just tide me over, though I think he did more damage, almost mocking me, because I still have 7 weeks till my baby comes home. Thank you to the site, for letting me vent for the last 2 months!!!

Thats Great!! I actually got lucky as a deal fell through for a silk green mini with all of the extras about 10 minutes before I got to the dealer. Needless to say, I had the car in two days!! I had trouble waiting for two days!! However, since I have been on this website, I have read so many stories of how long people are waiting I am not feeling guilty that I was inpatient for only a two day wait! Take care.

unfortunately, the 2003 owner's manual isn't available yet in the owner's lounge :???:

 

Printed it out on the color laser at work months ago. Logged in 5 to the lounge 5 minutes after getting the call. It showed the wrong color yesterday, but it updated overnight and has the correct one now.

 

I picked up my "S' yesterday, dark silver w/black roof. I had ordered the cloth upholstery without knowing how it would look, it looks much better than expected and is very confortable (black/grey space cloth).
