I have been experiencing intermittent power failures with my Navigation and Media. Everything shuts off (except the engine, thank God!!). The speakers have some grumbles and pops when everything shuts off. The entire system reboots with the MINI NAVI intro and everything. It will work for a bit then do it again. Nothing provokes it. Anyone having similar issues?

 

Thankfully for me, no, nothing like that occurring. Sounds horrible. Definitively a dealer warranty issue. Hopefully it will be an easy fix, although electrical gremlins can sometimes be problematic to find and remedy.

Sounds like you're making a service appointment.

Probably a faulty headunit - this would cause the speakers to pop as well.
