Sorry if this has been discussed before.

I loved the Pepper white MINI with the White roof in the movie.

Is there any way to get this color combo? (other than painting the roof). I'm thinking a lot of people might want one like this after seeing the movie only to have their dealer tell them that they can't have one.

Now that the Cooper S will apparently be available in Pepper white in 2004, I find myself lusting after a Pepper white/white roof MCS wlth Lapis Blue interior....

if you go to http://www.miniusa.com you can build a PW/PW MC, but not a PW/W MC...wait until '04 and you will be able to do that in an MCS

I guess that a PW/PW MCS might be close enough, but I still love the look of the PW/W MC in the movie.
In my opinion, EVERY solid color (non metallic) MINI should be available with a white roof and mirrors, including Pepper White MINI's.

Might go with the PW/PW MCS in 2004 if the pure white roof isn't an option, but only if I can get Lapis Blue with it.
If not, I'll have to stick with DS/W.

I think have white/white is much better then pw/w top.

Pepper White with Black roof would look great with my D-90.

I was the Pepper White MINI in the movie and I took it to be a "same color" roof with black stripes. They didn't special order those cars, they were stock. So if they could get one, you can!

I thought the one in the movie was pw/just plain white too. But nobody else seemed to notice so I ididn't know if my mind was playing tricks on me. Anyway I remember seeing this pic on MINI2 a while back so I thought I'd post it for you in comparison to the one in TIJ

Granted the one in the movie looked a lot nicer than this, but it does look like the photo was taken at the dealership, so maybe it's possible?

I'm not sure about that - they all had white roofs, but black mirror caps!

the blue one had body color mirror caps..... which isnt an option...

They say they used 33 MINIs to make the movie so there must have been several of the white ones. I wonder where we can find the specs for them.

The MINI in the movie was most definitely not solid Pepper white, the roof is pure white, not "off white".

What you're looking at in this picture is a regular PW/B Cooper with a sheet of protective white plastic on the roof. Thanks for the pic though!
