Great summer time waster:

2 Fast
2Furious

Quite unlike anything you've seen on screen before. Rice Rockets, American Muscle and Flying Cars!

Bad acting. Silly story. Amazing races!

Beggin to differ here with you Ryan. Just got back from seeing 2f2f and must say the car scenes were good but still don't hold a candle to the car/motorcycle chase scene in Matrix Reloaded.

Me and Cooperspeed went to see it tonite but it was sold out. However, in the lot were like a HUNDRED civics with clear tail lights, coffee can exhausts and HUGE *** SPOILERS. The best part they were all looking at the MINIS as we darted around the parking lot...musta been 100 people standing outside the theatre..a few came up a were like "THAT IS AN AWESOME CAR!" too bad the MINIs didnt make it into Fast and Furious, but still it was priceless as everyone watched GMINI, Cooperspeed and myself crash the ricer party.

Yeah, I gotta agree with that. I was dizzy after the Matrix highway scenes, that's for sure.

So.....pretty much the same as the first one? Not that I didn't like the first F&F. But the whole acting, story, etc was kinda ify. But the cars and races were pretty good. I'll still see the 2nd one, when I get around to it.
Big item in the news though, with the crack down on speeders and all. Cops are everywhere. What's a brother in an MCS supposed to do? The speed limit??? :???: Guess there's a first time for everything.
Cheers,

Geesh, i'm glad that MINIs were not in 2f2f... we got the good movie

You know, the classier, better written, less computer graphics movie...

Heh heh..

(And I was 'watching' the matrix reloaded last night at the drive in..not that it was the movie that I went to see, but it was on when 'Identity' was on my screen, and the other screen was within viewing range... geesh.. why did they bother having actors? with all the computer effects, they should have had Square make the gosh darn movie... granted, I couldn't hear it, and i didn't like the first one either, but it was so 'out there', for the life of me I could never get any sense of danger or suspense watching the movie... and of course, i HATE computer graphics FX when they are put in your face that much.. give me the AT-AT scene in the origonal Star Wars series, and i'm good to go...)

Oh i know cars flying..lol

Sorry to spoil the movie if you havent seen it yet but....the skyline was pretty frikken impressive. If they didnt degrade the skyline so it would look good on camara, it would be for sure one of the fastest cars in the movie!!

By far the best chase scene in the movies has to be the against the flow of traffice chase in Ronin. Pretty damn good movie too.

Saw the first one on DVD when it was released. Funniest thing was the street race near the start of the movie. A 20 second race took over three 3 1/2 min to run.
