Helix | Another RMW Tuning Event

It's time once again for RMW to make his way back to Philly for a three-day dyno tuning session. If you are interested in getting your car tuned by RMW and you live in the Northeast, now's your chance. Jan will be at Helix Thursday, June 12th and Friday, June 13th. If there is enough demand, we'll also run on Saturday, June 14th (2014). We're going to limit each day to 6 or 7 cars, to get each tune perfect. If you are interested, please call us at the shop at 267 335 4337 to set up your time. I'll keep an official list of sign up times here in this forum.

That depends upon which generation of car you have: R53s are $350 plus dyno time, and R56s are $500 plus dyno time. You buy the tune from RMW and we provide the dyno. Typically, the dyno time is 1 hour, at $95/hour. If you have an unusual setup with oddball sized injectors or unusual cams, it could be longer.

I'm about to send out the email to those who expressed interest. We have several slots filled for Thursday and Friday. We will be running Saturday as well assuming that there are enough people who want tunes.

Right now we have filled the following slots out of a possible 7 per day:

Thursday:

2 slots

Friday:

4 slots

Saturday:

Stay tuned...

I have been wanting to do this for sometime.its a long drive from Ohio tho. Have an 06 with 38,000 miles.

Want to ask...I have a CAI ,borla exhaust, pulley .The car has a GIAC sticker on it.I don't know for sure if it has a tune or not as it was that way when I bought it.If I wanted to do anything else before getting a tune what would it be without going overboard.i really don't want it louder with a header.
Would be kind of disappointed in doing this and not gaining much tho. Also, no Saturdays slots?

I couldn't tell you if you have a GIAC tune or not by the sticker. I guess it's likely that you do. You would gain something with a custom tune, I can't tell you how much, though. The tune doesn't have an effect on the volume of the header, if I get your question.
