Is anyone going to Vegas for AMVIV.4 in March?

I know it's early, but plans need to be made.

Call the Palace Station Reservations Office at 1-800-634-3101
Use reservation ID "PCIMIN7" or identify yourself as a Sin City MINI Club attendee
Reservations MUST be made by 01/31/2007 (January 31st) to receive the discounted rate.
Rates for a Garden Room are $75.00 per night for any night.
Rates for a Tower Room are $95.00 per night for any night.
All room rates are plus tax.
Discounted rates apply to rooms booked for 03/22/2007 - 03/25/2007.

Now, is that Phoenix (just north of Talent) OR, or Phoenix (just west of Tempe) AZ

I'm planning to start down on Wednesday, 3/21. Spend the night somewhere with MINI friends in the Bay area and then join up with the MINI caravan early Thursday morning to motor on into Vegas.
It's pretty cool to motor thur the desert with maybe 40 or 50 MINIs all in a line.

We picked up 30-40 MINI's in Barstow last year. 50+ total.

 

I wont miss this for Anything! This is my 4th time, i have been to all of them, and each year it gets better and better! The utah club is getting bigger and bigger by the year and we expect to have even more Utah presents this year!! Anyway cant Wait!!!

 

I'm from the Vancouver BC (Canada) area and am planning on driving to AMVIV4. I've never driven to Las Vegas before. Does everybody just drive down there alone or do various clubs meet up somewhere and go down together? I would love to meet up with other MINI owners from Washington State and Oregon.

 

The caravan is one of the best parts.

hey Scooby03 when and were are you going to meet up? I'm out of Salida, just west of Modesto. I made the run last year in 7 hours, not bad for stoping for gas and the road work. You can't miss me, just look for the checked flags.

 

I will post a thread later on, but we meet here in Fresno. We leave here between 9-9:30am Thursday Morning.
We also have a get together Wednesday Night for those already in town.
