Okay its south Walnut Creek 2 blocks away from Alamo. Is it just me but there are alot of MINIS in Walnut Creek & Alamo. Its like a Central County Honda Civic.

I'm from Dublin. Anybody interested to meet and have coffee or something and exchange notes about our MINI. We can also invite other mini owners/enthusiast around Alameda and contra costa... what do you guys think ?

 

Maybe we could do something like the Cobra club does and have a morning meet at a local coffee shop.

By the way Balot I think I saw your Mini at the British show today.

Yeah, I was at the British auto show. That would great if we can have other MINI owners from Dublin or around Dublin to meet once or 2x a month for a coffee. I've see several MINI's around Dublin & Pleasanton. If I see them Parked, I'll try to talk to them and maybe start spreading the word about the meet.

hi there! MINI from Lafayette.....I know there are others, but I've haven't met them yet. I'd definitely meet up for coffee in the area. Peet's Coffee on Mt. Diablo has a nice parking lot begging for a gaggle of MINIs to post up on a Sat/Sun morning. oh, and there's a Noah's Bagels right next door..

 

I'm a East Bay native. You guys want to set up a meetup and Mines Rd run in the near future? Breakfast at Zacs or Deans and a run thru the hills?

 

I'd be up for that. I'm usually visiting a friend in orinda anyway.

Do you guys want to set up a regular saturday or sunday morning casual meet up at certain spot? We can put it on the event listing so all members are aware of it.

 

That would be cool for me, if it turned into a regular Saturday thing I could save some money by dumping the counselor and just get my head into what I like the most my (our) MINIS/minis

 

Any day would work for me. Anybody going to July 2 MINI RALLY ? Here's some details. Sunday July 2 meeting at MINI of SF 8am. Departure time 9am. MARIN to DRAKES BEACH. I'm for sure going so if you live near Dublin, Pleasanton, we could meet at Safeway parking Tassajara corner Dublin Blvd. or McDonalds Pleasanton by Santa Rita Exit.

 

Sounds interesting. Is MINI of SF putting it on? I'll get it up on the event site.
