Scarlett's band , Jamnesia is running an open mike jam tonight (6/11/2003) at Molly Darcy's in Danbury. They have asked her to make an appearance. We will be there at 8:30. She'll sing a couple songs and we will be leaving. Tonight is the first night of what we hope will be a regular gig. We expect alot of great musicians.

Am I a dunce or what? I actually saw a thread about an Italian Job showing at a Milford drive-in theater and I assumed you were talking about that. I assure you, I wasn't there. However, yes Ant, I was at the NEW Milford run. We talked over a Taqueray and tonic at the bar afterward. You are not hallucinating. At least in this particular instance. I know nothing of what may be dancing across your walls at any given time.

Way off topic, how do you post a photo? I click on "image" and it asks for a URL. What is that?

Also, Ant, how did you make that signature thing with the photo and stuff?

 

Took the picture...resized in photo shop. Uploaded it online. Then go to "My Account" >>> "Change your info" >>>>>> Then in signature put an image link to where your image is hosted. Its that simple.

Photos have to be online in order to be posted. The url is the web address of the photo that you want to post. To figure out what it is, right click on the photo, and go to "properties".

If you right click on the MCO logo, for example, the url is

Enter that into the url box, and you get:

Ice, you are not alone, posting pictures on this site has got to be one of the more popular things to communicate with, and yet it is the most difficult to figure out. I have plenty of photos on the internet whose address I have posted and every single time the only thing that shows up is the address' link, not the picutre.
What I can't figure out is why this is so difficult. And I have been working with computers and computer imagery since 1973!

 

Is it really us. or is it them. Who goes to the workshop, and who gives it?
