Syracuse MINI Rally
Enjoy Gorgeous relaxing views of Owasco lake and Skaneateles Lake as we wind through the area!

When:
Saturday, June 2, 2007, 10:00 AM
Where:
Start: Hoopes Park, Auburn -Well gather on S Herman Ave off of Rt. 20
Finish: Joes Pasta Garage, 28 Jordan St. Skaneateles


Description:
Well start off at the park where well oohh and ahh at each others MINIs for a bit. Then well head out for our Rally. Well be Motoring around the gorgeous shores of Owasco Lake and Skaneateles Lakes, so bring your cameras! Directions will be given out at meeting along with doughnuts and coffee.
Not a race, but just a chance to meet the few Motorers around CNY and enjoy your MINI while exploring your area.
At the end of our rally well end up at Joes Pasta Garage where who ever wants lunch can join in (everyone covers for themselves). RSVPs are appreciated.

 

Hello, so here are some details, for directions to the park, go to google maps:




-If it's raining there is a covered club house at the park where we'll have doughnuts and coffee until we leave.

-THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS AT THE PARK, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY (sorry, but it was the best place to start from that is free, and in the general area).

-The total rally run time is just under 2 hours.
-Be sure to bring your cameras, there are some nice views....just be safe and have your navigator take the pictures.

By the way, a reporter from the Skaneateles Journal will be joining us to do an artical about us, and we'll have some coverage from the Auburn Citizen aswell....so come by and you can have your mini in the news paper!

 

My Dad lives up the street and me and m wife took our wedding photos their. . I tried calling to RSVP, but the phone was off and I hate leaving messages and rarely ever send an email. Sorry, I'll be their though PS: On S Herman Ave if we all park on the side closest to the park it would be a sick picture

 

Yup, exactly what i was thinking, I'm thinking of parking at 45 degree angle pointed back toward the park (so that way we can scrunch in as many MINIs into one pic as possible)....
