Anyone with Auxiallary adaptor and Cassette?
Can anyone here help me? I was helping someone put on a MINI Auxiallary adapter for their iPod but for some reason the radio cassette head unit cannot pick up the added Auxiallry unit.
The car has a dealer installed 6-cd changer, and is the radio cassette version headunit.
Do I need to reset the radio or anything like that?? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

It could be a bad AUX cable.
I have one (on a H/K CD-based head unit) that's bad. The AUX mode displays intermittently. Some times it's there and some times it's not. If I play around with the mini plug end of the cable the AUX mode will suddenly reappear as one of the mode options on the radio. It's very frustrating since I now have to pull the radio once again just to swap the silly cable.
