i just bought an approved used 2016 JCW from LAS VEGAS MINI dealer and got the car delivered to Dubai, UAE

just drove the car today for the first time and i found some issues

1st the SAT NAV is not working and showing that the car icon on empty land only ( kind of lost )
how can i update it or change the DVD like previous models ?

2nd issue was the RADIO Frequency due to USA using 103.1 / 102.1 / 101.1 and we here in UAE we don't use the .1 thing ( point one ) we use odds not Even numbers when it comes to radio
for example we use 101.00 FM 102.00 FM 103.00 FM 105.00 FM 99.00 FM and so on
we have some few channels that uses the odds frequency but not many so i am missing a lot !

can you please advise me on these issues !!!
