A little more info might help us help you.

What year is your car?

Where do you live? city level not you actual address.

It sounds as if you can play CD's with all channels playing music? Yes/No

It sounds as if you are saying that the radio can only play thru one channel? Left or Right.

You stated you have the HiFi system So you have tweeters in the A-Pillars? yes/no

By ariel power exactly what do you mean?

The antenna does not have power to it from the amp.

I can help you better if I have these answers.

Im from the UK, Manchester

All channels (only using front speakers component speakers which are 6.5" woofer and tweeter in a pillars which are JL Audio C5)

Radio comes from both channels (currenlty the JL HD Amp is bridged with a 10W3 sub and the components are running channel 1 and 2 on the amp)

I did have the HiFi system but this inc the amp and speakers were taken out

Is there an amplifier for the arial which requires power that i may have snagged off?

The antenna does not have power to it from the amp.

Many thanks for the swift response

According to electrical diagrams, the aerial is powered by the radio headunit.

Oh my mistake i read "1 radio channel" as being either left or right channel of sound. We call the radio stations on this side of the pond.

Yes it definatelly sound as if you may have disconnected the antenna lead or power to the antenna amp.
