Are the fumes going to be toxic? Useing so much, even with a respirator might be hazardous. It might stay dangerous even after it's all laid and dried.
Yup...fiberglass fumes are pretty bad for you. He'll have to leave the fans in there for quite a while to clear it all out.
It won't remain hazardous once it's dried as it will no longer be releasing the fumes.......just has to make sure to remove all the fumes that come from laying the fiberglass.

Hey pimped is a big boy. He took that pic and posted it elsewhere. If you guys want it down, I will take it down if pimp can give us a good reason why the photo exists in the 1st place.
Seriously, nobody gives a S*** what anybody wrote in dust on the side of a window. We want more pics of the box, good or bad. Stop filling the tread with useless banter.
screwed down front baffle with 2 screws just to hold it in place temporarily.
port baffle...dont want to cut out the port opening yet, becuase i dont know how wide its going to be. height will be 5.75" though. its most likely gonna be 5.75 x 28-30", for around 161-172.5 sq inches of port...not as much as i wanted but its absolutely all i have room for.
this is just sitting there by the way...not screwed in or anything yet...thats why theres gaps at the top, etc.
