Where are my files?!!

Hi,

I ordered some updated files through our Australian distributor in LATE JULY this year and still don't have my files.

I'm hoping this will get someone's attention at MTH so this problem can be resolved - I'm very unhappy.

(BTW: the files I do have seem to be working nicely...)

Definetly need to contact your vendor. Don is not MTH but rather a vendor of MTH as well, so he will be of no help to you. Go to the guys that took your money....

I have contacted both the Australian distributor and MTH in Germany direct. I've been in contact with the Australian distributor pretty much fortnightly for the last few months and just get excuses...

Still waiting on the email response from MTH.

dmh, I have no expectation that you can help me, as I realise you are the US distributor - I was hoping one of the German reps still visited NAM and could respond.

Please tell me: What are you trying to say? Because if you are inferring that the customer service/support isn't good here in the US you are sorely mistaken.

I think he meant that he knows it is not your responsibility. After seeing all these issues with other vendors, I would be suprised if anyone orders from a vender other than you. I wish you were around or that I knew of you when I bought mine.

I read that to mean Bart dosen't think anyone other than dmh is around here to help.

Anyway...MTH responded with one file (out of several I asked for). No sorrys, no explainations. Just 'here it is'.

Oh well...

This isn't a vendor issue; its an issue with MTH. Now that I've been able to contact Franz directly its getting worked out.
