The reorganization/restructuring has been completed and business is back to usual. MTH is now even closer aligned with HRT (Hiop RaceTec Germany) for better quality service and a broader range of products for the Mini and most BMW models too. I am a little confused. I need to upgrade my MTH tuner file before July as that is when my year of free upgrades is over. I have always gone through Franz or Volker and wonder where I should be sending the files now?

 

Send files to DMH, or whoever is your local MTH DEALER.

 

Yeah same here.

Had my car flashed by dealer again because of strange dyno curve with previous MTH Tuner file. Volker asked me to read my ECU out again and to send him the new files, so he'd provide me with new ones.

That explains why I haven't received any answer back (since end of april)

 

You`d need to speak to someone local in belgium/Europe... use the following link from the MTH MINI Division website to who you need to contact on getting a new file. April is way too long to wait

1) I should direct my request for cartune s/w updates
2) I should upload my files to
3) I am getting my files back from

This is the idea behind a dealer network. I am waiting for a reply from MTH as what to do. When I have that information I will post it.

volker is inderdaad weg bij mth, een van de redenen mag jij raden maar als je je file met alle mods aan je mini naar mij stuurt zal ik de update voor je regelen bij MTH, heb ik inmiddels voor maaij ook gedaan

I am contemplating an ECU upgrade, after reading this thread MTH wont be one of my choices. Man I feel for you guys who have been waiting sooo long for a response. You would think that while MTH was reorganizing that would have had frequent posts to keep thier customer base up to speed.
