Selling my 2005 R53 JCW with 93K miles
I`m the second owner. I bought this car in November with hydrolocked engine, so I’ve swapped the long block with the good one from 2005 automatic Cooper S with 85K miles on the clock. I also did all preventive maintenance during the swap, like supercharger oil change, main seals and multiple rubber rings. Great condition apart from some rock chips and a few shopping cart dents, and the windshield has a crack. Runs great.
The following has been done/changed since then
H&R cup kit. Koni sports with adjustable dampening and H&R matching springs. Great ride quality
M7 strut reinforcement plates
Aluminum coolant tank
New power steering hoses
New spark plugs (Brisk)
new supercharger oil (ACDelco)
Afe pro dry air filter
New cabin filter
Powerflex lower control arm bushingsProtane polyurethane low engine mount insert (just one, no noticeable vibration)
New thermostat and coolant (Zerex)
New transmission oil (Redline)
Both main seals
Dipstick o-ring and all other rubber rings that are prone to leak
Crank pulley
new Valeo single mass flywheel kit
New black headliner
New Falken Azenis 225/40-18 tires with 5mm spacers
Aux installed
I don`t have the upper portion of the rear seat, but we can work something out

The only difference between jcw and not jcw engine is slightly enlargened exhaust ports in the head. That is about it. And, I’ve retained all jcw injectors and evening from the old motor.
Thanks, Alex

Look its a nice car (I have seen it) when you sold me the JCW suspension (which BTW had all blown shocks and struts) so only the springs were of any value.
But it is not a JCW any longer the JCW Head is the biggest and most IMPORTANT part of the JCW motor combo. The other features are nice, Chrono, LSD, etc but calling that car a JCW without stating VERY clearly that the head is NOT a JCW ported head is a bit deceiving.

I’m sorry to hear about shocks, there were no issues when I have them on the car.
I think I’ve clearly stated that I swapped the whole motor for the good one. That is why the price is so low. And, I don’t drive the car anymore, so need to sell it asap
