Yup, that is definitely a bargain. If it’s been up for a while, there might be a reason, I don’t like to buy cars with stories, only one way to find out. If I was in the market, I would be talking to the seller. That’s the most vague description I ever seen for a GP.

I'm still looking for the "description".... At least tell me something that isn't already obvious. Must not want to sell too badly.
Sounds like a potential nice buy....with a few questions answered!
^ I know someone locally who did exactly this. Bought a higher miles GP that needed basic TLC, and it turned out nice.
Now he gets to drive a R53 GP that looks/drives like it should, without having to baby it.
I hope that someone scoops this up and does just that.... all these trailer-queens on BAT are starting to wear on me.... Love seeing these cars... GP1/2/3 driven and making fun memories for the owners. This is the ultimate grocery getter !!!
I'm not sure why I'm posting this because its not actually a good deal - but I went to see it, and thought I'd save anyone who's thinking of doing the same some time:
clutch maybe has 500 miles left on it
power steering is almost completely inoperable
Lots of damage to the front aero bumper
Lots of damage to the passenger side skirt
Drivers seat is in awful condition and does not raise or lower (its at its highest point right now)
Rides extremely rough - probably needs new struts and strut mounts
On the upside, the engine is strong and it pulls very very nicely
Nice find! @Chamberlin1 seriously, grab these! You can always put them in the family room of the new house...your wife will love them.
Wow! But aren't those for R56 not R53? or are seats interchangeable on those two generations? What about door cards? These are nice a subtle too, unlike those other R53 green seats.
Thanks for the links and thinking of my future BRG guys! I'm afraid there's already enough marriage friction that comes with building a new house, so a $1000 pallette showing up containing car seats for a car I don't own yet wouldn't exactly go over well right now! But I seriously would buy those in a heartbeat in 'normal' times. I've done it before on other cars I've had!

I've heard your wife has a really good sense of humor. This would be a great way to find out just how good it is...
Yea it’s not bad. I found a 2013 S with Recaros too. It has 90k miles and needs a clutch but it’s super clean. No car I’ve seen in the past 8 months has been perfect, but having a project would be nice. Decisions lol.

The only project on this JCW is seat and mirror swap, dang, wrap the roof body color if you had too, a nice detailing, and hit the road.
Nice find. Can't tell for certain -- does it have the anthracite headliner? I'm thinking no. That looks like a lot of car (that you should grab) for $12.5K. C'mon, Krawz!
My only comment is: if a seller is asking a premium price, at least take the time to give it a full detail. I mean, really, this is the best seller can do? That really doesn't present very well.
It has the full anthracite headliner including pillars. It is missing the rear aero bumper for some reason. I’m guessing it was hit and they couldn’t find a replacement. Someone traded it into the dealer. The dealer is absolutely clueless about minis. That amount of brake dust takes a long time to build up on the wheels. If an owner can’t even wash the car, they definitely dont do any maintenance. It’s a pass for me.
