I haven’t had the time to browse as much lately, but I did get a notification on this Goodwood. $15k is a great price and the BIN of $17500 is reasonable given the relatively low miles and assuming the cars is as good as it looks.
This dealer probably doesn’t know they have a GP2. Asking $16K with 45K miles. This is a steal if everything checks out. It may fly under the radar until they post pics.

Posted this in my local fb group and someone made a good point that with miles that low it may never have been used and could have dried out seals etc. Either way I dont see it selling for anywhere near that price. Shame because its right down the street from me, and I'm lookin!

Yeah, I would be concerned about that too. Here's another low mileage GP2 close to you. Asking $30K with just over 5K miles. Still a little high in my opinion, but might be able to negotiate it down to a reasonable amount.

It was a real GP2. I called them this morning and took it in for a PPI today. It shall arrive to its new home by end of week/beginning of next. Thanks again bfl for the lead on this one.

Congrats! Glad it's going to a good home. I think you got a great deal.
Wow that's a gorgeous GP2. No cruise control, what happened there? No need for it at the track I suppose.
I know that the GP1 did not have Cruise Control and I would assume the GP2 likewise did not have it as an option. Weight is the primary reason and the fact it is not used on the track.

Congrats! Is that the one from Future Ford? Nice find. Did they find anything significant on the PPI? I'm guessing they were pretty firm at $15K. Hope it works out well for you.
I actually missed out on it. I thought I had a finalized deal, and waiting to wire funds. They sold the car out from under me. Oh well onto the next one.

Did they actually sell it out from under you, or realize they had it priced way too low?
I had a deal to wire 15,750. When ready to wire I was informed it was already sold? I guess someone local got it in dealership as I was out of state. What sucks is I paid $200 for a PPI on it which I will never get back.

Did you have a deposit, or just the PPI? I would be pretty upset, and ask for reimbursement of the PPI cost.

Did you have a signed contract stating you were buying the car? If so, you've got a legit claim. If you had only a verbal agreement on price and a guy walked in ready to buy you are basically SOL. Sorry to hear.
