If you have good credit and you qualify for financing I would do take over payments $518 a month.
The payoff amount on the car is $37500 as of Sept 11, 2016.
The car also comes with the additional 100K warranty from Mini Of Valencia.
I WILL SELL IT FOR $33K
I am going to take a huge loss, but I have to pay for flight school.

goin2drt, you are correct and I will clarify that. I just went back and looked at the Sales Contract and I paid a total of $46005.75 and not $53456.09. The latter was for the JCW Convertible. I am sorry for that and thanks for pointing it out. When you said that you paid less, I had to go check the sales contract.
The payoff amount on the car is $38,073.73 as of Sept 3, 2016.

Goin2drt, you settled? wow. lol We all have at one point or another. I'll be buying another in March of 2018. I wish I didn't have to sell it, I am selling all my toys to pay for school. Shoot me an email. Hunter

Yikes, take over payments and get title from lender in a mere 73.5 months!
BTW, assuming existing loan out of state might complicate transfer of CA DMV "pinkslip".
Lovely JCW but I'm happy to keep my 2013 MCS purchased 4 months ago @ 17k miles.
Better not having payments (or debt of any kind) in my retirement "golden" years.
In any case, GLWS and flight school too!
