Why is this for sale? New probably was $28,000?

 

Of course the R56 configurator at MINIusa.com is gone now, but I think the starting MSRP for the 2006 'S' hardtop was only about $21000, and it looks like the only big options on this car are the LSD and perhaps the sport package as well.

So, while $19,000 is a great price for this car, I don't think it's *suspiciously* low.

BUT the 16's say no sport pkg.....so except for LSD and OBC it sounds like a base MCS...19k is a good price.

No mods. It is like a new car. No problems. All the options are listed. The most expensive option was the Astro Black paint. Here are some more pix.
