05 Silver Mini S (NJ)
05 Silver Mini S (NJ)
Hey guys, unfortunately the time has come. The Mini is going up for sale due to some personal issues, and I need to sell.
-It's a 2005 pure silver with black stripes and black roof.
-Space gray and black cloth interior.
-71,000 miles
-6 Speed Manual
-CD Player
-Cold Weather package
-Sport Package
-Premium Package
-17in. S Lite Wheels w. BF Goodrich G Force KDW 2s that were installed in March; still a good amount of tread on them.
-Heated Seats
-Limited Slip Differential
-Digital Stability Control
*MODS* NOTE: I still have all of the stock parts available that I will give you with the car, so if you don't want them, don't worry.
- 19% reduction supercharger pulley installed by Eric himself at Helix.
- Boost gauge in dashboard.
- Monster Mini Airintake
- Rear Seat delete behind the driver (I was tall, and didn't like when people sat behind me).
Now for the "things most people won't tell you when selling, but should."
I'll be honest, the car's had a couple dings, nothing too serious, but to save everyone from running a Car Fax, I'll be honest. Right now, the car looks perfect. You'd never know it was in an accident.
- Replaced rear panel, tail light, and plastic guard after a minor fender bender in my driveway. When I was backing up, didn't check quite close enough and clipped another car.
- Replaced driver's side door (don't get me started on what happened, it involved me being stupid. This was the only part of the car damaged in this incident, and the door on it now is brand new.)
- Replaced lower front bumper and fog light after I hit a piece of tire in the middle of the highway.
- I also learned how to drive stick on this car, and had to replace the clutch at around 13k miles. No issues since I learned and got it back and the clutch is still perfect.
Again, I will state that the car looks perfectly fine now. No body damage at all.
About the miles: This car was my daily driver, and my job involved driving a lot. Not to mention I enjoyed taking 100+ mile road trips (one way) every weekend. So, it's a combination of around town miles also, but it is mostly highway.
I know everyone says that, with this car it's true.
I will say this: I have had the Mini since November of 2005. It is truly a wonderful, wonderful car to drive. It is quick, handles like a gem and believe it or not actually feels exceptionally safe when you're inside. While it was my true first car, I can honestly say that I have liked it better than almost any other car I have been in. Not to mention, the gas mileage certainly helps, especially nowadays (I usually see around 24 highway). It was a tough decision to sell it, but as I mentioned, at this stage in my life it's one that I have to make.
It could make a great daily driver, or even a great project or weekend car. I'd like to let it go to someone who's enthusiastic as I am about the car, hence why it's being posted here.
PRICE: $12,800, the price has a small window for negotiation, as I think it's fair. But make me a realistic offer and we can talk about it. As a for warning, I don't like hagglers, so if you're going to low ball me and keep it going back and forth, don't bother.

And, just to show how much I enjoy driving this car
:

Thanks for looking guys, hope this car finds a great new home!

Sorry to see a fellow NJ motorer retire. Good luck with the sale. Nice deal, too.
