Well, since the housing market is down, no one is buying, which means no one is building, and that's puts me out of a job; All architecture firms around the area are dealing with the same thing. We have clients that haven't paid for services, and big jobs have been "shelfed" because of the market. It really sux, but we have to do what is right for our family at this point. sorry if that was TMI, but you asked and I have nothing to hide

We're sad to see a pink MINI leave its loving owners hands.... but we totally understand why.

That really sux you have to sell... I can say your car created quite a stir in our local club when I posted it over there... a few members have more than a passing wish for a pink MINI...

Unfortunately, the price is way out of reach for the only one who wouldn't mind that it's an automatic. Even worse is she was recently in an accident with her current d.d. and may actually be in the market for a replacement car...

Good luck and hopefully you can find a way to keep the car... I can only imagine the amount of time and money you've put into it.
