Hmm... I may have assumed too much... I was thinking that this was what is commonly refered to as the Parcel Shelf, which goes under the steering column [photo at the bottom]...
Not the cargo cover for the the hatch, AKA-"Rear Window Shelf"

I hope I was right... and this is not the Rear window shelf (#1 or #2 in the digram below)
If not.... my-bad for not clarifying and being too eager.

Let me know how this goes. I have an 05 with 04 interior panels (PO replaced because he didn't like the tan) but the rear cover is the original. It seems to not fit properly and sags a lot. Almost like the farthest edge isn't being supported by the side panels. Also, I noticed the strings at either end of the cover are very tight/short. If I hold the panel in place as I close the boot it fits the opening perfectly but only if I support it while closing. Otherwise it comes down too far and the boot lid hits it.
