JB+ Tuner was on 2011 Mini Cooper S for about 6 months. I sold the car so do not need it anymore. It works great and it was crazy how much it changed the power in the car.

According to the burger tuning site it is for a 2011+ year so I am not sure if it will work on an 07 model. Sorry I cannot answer that question.

I believe it is the first version as it does have the dial in the inside. I have never used it above half way as that was good enough for me. I will ship in continental US for 190.00
