After being the first to reply, and after requesting the OP's email in order to send payment via PayPal, therefore purchasing the item, I just received the PM (below) from "tennis_man," the seller...

Here was my PM sent to him yesterday, at 7:23 EST, not "late last night," when he was supposedly paid by someone else...

I was the first one to express interest, immediately sending him a PM, which subsequently resulted in me telling him "I'll take it," and he sold it to someone else? I was waiting on his response the entire time, which never came; A response to the message asking for his email address to pay the full $60 asking price via PayPal, which he and I had agreed upon as the preferred method of payment.

Why don't you tell the "other buyer" that it was sold, and do the right thing and offer it to me, who was first to post?

Not good business practice at all... Stay away!
