WANTED - R53 OEM Springs

Category: Suspension
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R52, R53
Location (Region): Midwestern
Item Condition: Used

Looking for a set of stock NON sport springs for my manual transmission 05 MCS. I think autos and manual have different springs. I need them to be like new or new takeoffs. Mine are sagging in the rear after 70k miles. Let me know what you have.

Thanks,

Jim

Finding springs on a 10+ year old car lower mileage than that is finding a needle in a hay stack.

Good luck.

Well I had to try. You never know. I just hate buying OEM springs from the dealer.

I have a set of 06 r53 springs, had 70k on them when i upgraded. However, it's very strange yours are sagging. These springs are known to last forever. PM me if interested

I think it might be the rubber items on the top of the shock mounts. This is my 1st mini and I have only had it 3 weeks. So I am learning the ins/outs of them. From my reading they will compress over time and flatten. So I think I will try replacing them first and see how it looks.

I may still have mine from my 04 S, approx.25k when removed. Let me know if you are still in need.
