I have new Bavarian Motor Sport springs for R 53 will sell $ 150 + shipping . In original packaging lowers car 1.5 " .

I have full suspension from 05 r53. Removed at 18k

I would look for JCW suspension or Koni Yellows if I were to switch to sport suspension. My wife has sport suspension on her 05 MCS and I have had it on a R56, and although it is a nice set up, the other 2 options are far superior. But if you are looking to simply upgrade cheap, you are looking in the right direction. Good luck, I am sure someone will come through very soon for ya.

I'll probably wait. My priority is replacing my 140k mile suspension, the car feels too floaty, not at all like my girls r53 MCS.

I would love that setup. I'm really more worried about replacing my 140k mile suspension right now :(
