I really don't want to make any waves, but you may want to revise the HID comment. There are some manufacturers that shameless put HID labeling on their products but they are NOT real High Intensity Discharge lights. HID lamps have no internal filaments. They have a high voltage ballast that provides about 25,000 to 30,000 volts to the bulb. I think if you take these lights apart, you will find a 35 watt H3 bulb, which is very popular for that size of light.

They are a nice looking pair of lights. Do you have any pics of the grill and lamp combination?

 

they are HID and I did take them apart they have nice ballests wiring harnesses etc
