DIY Car Wash Near Hoboken
DIY Car Wash Near Hoboken
Hi guys, so I'm relatively new to the area and have been using the waterless wash when I can to touch up the car but now I've got tons of salt on my Mini and its driving me nuts. Anyone know of a self-wash car wash near Hoboken/Jersey City?
Just Google it.......................
Lol, tried that. Only things that seem to come up are in Manhattan. I'd rather not pay the $13 toll to go through the Lincoln Tunnel just to then pay to wash the car on top of that.
Thanks for letting me know. I've heard mixed reviews about the car washes around here, so I'm glad to hear you had a good experience. Do you know if its brushless? For some reason I was always under the impression it wasn't.
I have gone to Prestige for washes, but with all of the salt on the roads, it gets pretty dirty just on the drive back down to Hoboken from the dealer, so I was looking for something close by.
Thanks again.
Well as an FYI to anyone in the area, I found a place called Triangle Car Wash at 711 First St. They hand wash your car and they did a decent job. Very reasonable price (something like $10).
I found out that the other automatic car washes in the area are not brushless (I don't know how in this day and age those still exist). So I won't be visiting them for the sake of my clearcoat.

I live in Weehawken right next to Hoboken and I just drive up to hakensack. They have a touchless(Brushless) and a self wash. I know the touchess is open 24 hours a day but I'm not sure about the self wash though. I dont know the address but if you google Nissan of Hackensack its right next door to it.
