Nice thing with the cortex ebc is I can change how the boost comes in so. So this works great for traction in 2nd gear. Now need bigger injectors for the rest of the gears with higher boost🤦♂️😂
Hope you have sleeves or a CSS --- that kind of power is pretty close to the max for an N14 / N18 that has un-supported cylinder walls.
I'm still running OEM injectors, but added 4-port WMI (80 - 20 mix) to supplement fuel requirements. Got over 500WHP with 29PSI boost. Don't expect much more than 400WHP out of a GTX2860R Gen2 --- boost curve sags 6 - 7PSI starting around 4K RPM.
No sleeves or cylinder support. I actually never planned to make over 300 WHP. But I found the ATP kit on eBay for 900 bucks and I couldn’t pass it up lol. But I’m not worried about the cylinder walls. Most the time I’m only in second gear anyway. I don’t think I ever did a build page maybe a few times I’ve listed all the mods but it’s about it. 500whp sounds like a real handful lol
And I’m not running water meth injection because the rules don’t allow it. So that’s why I had to go with fuel port injection. Plus I’m running E22 which requires more fuel.

Here's a pic of my 10.5:1 CR piston / cylinder wall after a 30PSI boost run at around 330WHP. My first big breakdown. It was a CP piston too. Engine kept running, just really rough, and burned up the intake cam and a couple head journals. Learned a lot after that experience. If you keep it at 22PSI max, you might be OK.
I shouldn’t have any problems with the way I have my boost coming in. Guess I’ll find out the next time I hit up the dragstrip🤞 Maybe this winter I’ll send my extra block to get the ccs done.🤔
Dragstrip is where I broke mine. Time was terrible --- results of big, slow-ramp turbo and light flywheel --- loss of low RPM inertia, therefore slow launch.

I've yet to learn about different fuel systems, so I don't fully understand your setup. You're running E22 in the gas tank? Then it's fed thru the OEM lines / pumps / and injectors PLUS the RPM manifold's four ports? Or, did you bypass / move the OEM injectors and go from HPFP to RPM's manifold, and plug the head ports? OR ---?
However you've got it set up, your results are really NICE --- congrats! Gotta ask --- my lite flywheel and slow-boosting turbo seem to cause slow launches --- can't spin tires. Are you experiencing similar results? On the plus side, high RPM acceleration is awesome --- truly addictive!
Earlier I mentioned a "boost sag" out of my previous GTX2860R. Here's a chart from one of my earlier dyno runs showing only the AFR and boost. Most of the "damage" shows up in the torque curve. HP didn't show a drop (torque and HP charts not attached). Looking at your torque curve, there doesn't seem to be any serious boost "sagging", and if you keep it below 25PSI, you might never see any. One more reason to keep the EBC set below 25PSI.
Yes I’m running e22-23 in the tank. Basically 4 gallons of 93 mixed with 1 gallon of e85
Upgraded intank fuel pump to a 450 Walbro fuel pump using oem fuel line. And then fuel line goes from one side of the fuel rail on the manifold out the other side into the high-pressure fuel pump. So the port injectors always see the low pressure side of the fuel system. So I am running eight injectors. The DME still controls the 4 direct injectors. I control the port injectors with the boost Cortex EBC boost by gear controller. So the port injectors only spray when in boost.
I can spin the tires pretty easily in first gear launching at 3800 RPMs using a wotbox. I have a light flywheel set up as well. But I’m also using higher compression pistons so I’m not losing as much of the bottom end rpm grunt. Everything over 4Krpms is very responsive.
EBC I ramp in the boost. I tune in the port injectors and I really don’t want a big boost spike down low because it makes it undrivable and safer 😂 but here is my boost duty cycle set up.
See here.
Green is rpm, blue is duty cycle, red is actual boost. This is the log from the dyno graph.
