It's been awhile that I have not log in NAM but I am glad it is still very much active to fellow enthusiasts.
Still have my 2004 MCS since new & loving it to date.
I have an aftermarket H&R 19mm rear anti sway bar and recently developed clunk noise on bumps and road imperfections. I was able to isolate the clunk noise by disconnecting the sway bar from upper end link. Problem is worn sway bar bushings.
Will the Powerflex PFR5-504-19 bushing work to replace the H&R original bushing. Both are 19mm but I wonder if the Powerflex will fit into the clamp.
I believe the H&R bar uses the OEM sway bar bushing clamp bracket. In such a case, as long as the aftermarket bushing uses the OEM bracket, any bushing of the correct size can be used. Otherwise, I would suspect having to go to the bar manufacturer for replacements.
Noisy H&R bushings can be replaced with #33556772788 Febi (Teflon-lined) for R56 (18mm).
or 19mm SuperPro SPF2277-19K (slightly stiffer then Febi). These both work in the stock swaybar brackets.
Grease them well with SuperLube synthetic grease. (I believe the SuperPro bushings came with a capsule of SuperLube)

Grease it well, and often. I struggled to find a creak/clunking sound. Was only resolved after SIGNIFICANT grease application to the poly RSB bushings.
I tried to install the 19mm rear anti sway bar power flex bushing today to replace the 19mm H&R aftermarket but would not fit in the clamp. Requested ECS Tuning to return my order.
