I went to the shop and was told that rear right coil over has torn rubber and I think the previous owner forced to install with bigger and thicker bolt on trailing arm so I was told that I need to replace trailing arm as well. I wonder what's the name of the rubber rubber on coil over. is the rubber (don't know name) replaceable?
So, first off, that lower bushing is not replaceable. It comes preinstalled on the shock. You'll either have to replace the shock, or get new coil overs. Hard to tell from your picture what brand / model you have there...
Second, its pretty common to see the lower bolt stripped out on those control arms. Not a great design for serviceability, in my opinion. However, nothing wrong with that either, as long as it hold, which it looks like it is. Just looks like a lower bushing failure.

Thanks for the reply. the mechanic told me that it's replaceable (100% not sure) I believe that usually coilover has metal spacer but this one doesn't even have on the other side. The bolt itself is not original side when I compare with other side one.

Yep, someone stripped it, its self tapping and you will need a new arm if you want to put back to stock. When you get a new one some of the bolts tap into the new arm. I have done this before, if you get a used arm it maybe stripped also. People hammer on those bolts and do not TTY torque to yield.

I would recommend just replacing those coilovers at cost. Or, you can try getting in touch with the manufacturer to see if replacement bushings can be had. The OEM bushings are not for sale separately, Did the previous owner remove the metal sleeve?

I might be able to get oem bushings from member here however, I wonder if it fits. I've directly contacted with manufacturer but they don't sell them separately.. I don't want to spend money on new coilovers.. that's why..

That's part of the shock itself. Also you need a washer on the end like the factory part. It should have a bonded metal tube in the middle. On the other ends it should have a metal hat that goes into the trailing arm.
