Shitty picture... sorry guys. The inside of the connector is exactly the same as the power steering pump coolling fan plug. the two pin grey/white. It reaches around the back of the block to the starter... thats about how far it goes, though i dont think thats where it goes as there is no plug...

Any ideas would be appreciated as i am at my wits end :(

What about the fuel tank breather valve ? Right next to the engine ground strap... Its branded as Delphi , so maybe...

Hmm the purge canister? This plug is on the drivers side of the car... Or is there something im missing? Could this be for the vehicle speed sensor? its about 10 inches long, so it has to stay on the drivers side of the car in the engine bay :/

Does the car work without the wire connected ??

If you have a wire diagram, check the colors to see where they're supposed to go ??

You could check the engine ECU and compare. See what fuse it goes to, which will help quite a bit.

If its a two wire switch, shouldn't be "too serious" :-)

I specialize in low voltage wiring as my career, if they're colored, just made your day that much easier ! See if you get symptoms without the harness connected and if you do, you now know where it goes.

Good luck!

Keep us posted tho!

I know my advice is mediocre but might as well try it. Maybe you can get it running by tomorrow.
