Check for a leak after the front O2.

You might still have a bad O2 sensor even though you replaced it. I would check to make sure it is good and tight. Also it could be your cat is going bad. How many miles on your MINI? Both of these could still be under warranty if you are less the 80k.

i took it to the mechanic i was there personally when they pressured test it and nothing. the i told them i have an upgrade Front mount they checked that and nothing. idk what else to do.

i have read online that people hae taken it to MINI dealership and they have updated the ECU and that it self makes the code go away would that work?

Check your warranty to see if they are covered before you spend any money trying to fix it.
