Drive-in Movie Charity Rally
Drive-in Movie Charity Rally
In case you didn't see it here,
September 30th, 2006 - International Autos has joined forces with Make a Wish Foundation of Milwaukee to host a Charity Rally. Everyone will be meeting at the dealership (2400 S 108th St., West Alllis, WI) at 4:00pm, with the festivities beginning with snacks, mingling and a raffle. Then we'll motor off to a Drive In Movie Theatre, with a surprise stop along the way. There is a $50 participation fee per party, make checks payable to Make-A-Wish. Please RSVP by Monday, September 25 to Kyle at rally@international-autos.com.

I can't make it...I've got a wedding that evening...
I'm thinking of stopping by and just dropping a check off. I shouldn't need to RSVP for that, should I?

Is there an October event? I just email my application for Milwaukee Minis. I'd love to "come out and play" and get to meet some fellow motor-ers?...ists, thats it, MotorISTS! Unfortunately this weekend is bad for me, too!

Busy busy...
This weekend is a busy one for everyone, but there are at least 24 RSVP's as of yesterday. Feel free to stop by to drop off a donation - no RSVP'ing necessary for that. That is what we plan to do as we are busy as well.
As for the next event, it will be our final ice cream social of the season on October 16th at Leon's. Then it gets a bit chilly for ice cream, so the next one won't be until next summer!

There must be something other than icecream to enjoy? Us Midwesterners mustn't cave in to the pressures of fair-weather drivers! We must stand strong against the elements, stand alongside (or sitting comfortably inside of) our Mini's!!
Suggestions?
Please feel free to email any event suggestions directly to me at theresa@milwaukeeMINIS.com.
It's been a packed 6-months of MINI events, and as many MINIS are going into storage for the winter, plus with the holiday season coming quick, we've got to put the brakes on having too many events in the next 3 months. Please do email me any suggestions though, and also send any ideas about plans for the holiday party in December. I'd like to combine it with a collection for Toys for Tots.
