MINICCI Rally 05/16/2004
http://www.minicci.org/Includes/MayRally.htm
This rally is a fun event for all MINI motorists, covering some of the best motoring roads in Hancock and Shelby County’s. If you want to show off your skills of observation, have a fun drive or both, this rally has it.
The MINI SPRING FLING Road Rally will be a fun gimmick rally geared for the novice or experienced rallyists to have some challenging fun. If you just want to have some good motoring fun, you will have that opportunity along this route as well.
We will start the rally at Dreyer & Reinbold MINI. Registration will start at 1:00, drivers meeting at 1:45, and the first car out at 2:00. We will gather at the finish location at the conclusion of the rally (approx. 5:00) at a location TBD, for swapping stories from the day’s event and dinner for those who choose (cost of dinner will be your responsibility). Those who do not want to rally but would like to hear all of the tall tales are welcome to joint us for dinner.
For more information or for pre registration: Greg or Linda Graham g.graham1@att.net

FINAL UPDATE!!!
MINI SPRING FLING Road Rally
Sunday May 16, 2004
We are less than a week away from the rally and things are shaping up nicely. We currently have 52 cars confirmed for the rally and 79 people attending the after rally dinner. The response has been great, a lot of new MINI owners have signed up for their first MINI experience.
We will be conducting RALLY 101 at around 1:30, so for those of you who need a little rally instruction or need a refresher, please plan to attend. We guarantee that there will be no quizzes, tests or final exams to worry about; well maybe the rally counts as the final exam. The rally has been set out to make it fairly easy for all to follow with a little challenge. There are some good motoring roads along the way as well.
The dinner plans are completed, the cost for the dinner will be $15 per person, please bring cash or a check. The rally will end at Occasions in Shelbyville, where we will be having the dinner. If you have not RSVP specifically for the dinner and plan to attend you need to let us know.
You should bring a clipboard and pencil or pen with you to hold the instruction and to write down the answers to the questions.
Send an email or give us a call if you have any questions.

Yesterday (Sunday) was an awesome day for a rally.
We had over 60 cars in the event with 95 people staying for dinner afterwards.
Pictures will be up shortly as I have to wait for my digital camera battery to re-charge.
