As far as the VENOM setup I'm definitely interested, but if we end up going with a big turbo conversion & throwing down major whp I don't think we can do the NO2 setup. Right?

As far as the buildings in that complex, what are the comparables in that area? Do I need to make a couple calls to get a x-y value range?

Neil, bruthaman - you crack me up. You're my only buddy who's missing his pool at 7:08am.

Dr.Steve, as part of our modding project - let's make JIMINNImachine's ryde look like a Transformer...

I think this is a little more your style of mod.

Yes, I think NO2 would be a little overkill on the turbo project, but hey, more is better, right? As for comps., I need to ask my customer who bought the building two doors down what she paid. I believe it's about 5000 sqft. also. The problem around here is that everything is larger. There is almost nothing of this size. Now, if you want 10k sqft., there are lots of those. I still think my landlord is going to have to settle for less, but who knows. I definitely think we could do some dealing since neither of us would have to move in a hurry.

We should do a deal like the city of Green Bay - the city/taxpayers own the Packers. MidCal should own the building for CMS & have it as the official "clubhouse".

Well, we have ~100 members so it's only about $3500 per member. No problem.

Ok, that's bizarre. Nothing matches anything else.

Cmon Joe, admit it, you just like the fuzzy steering wheel. Imagine how much fun you can have by shocking people just by rubbing your wheel.

Well two legs of the cross country are now done. I have the second set of six aircraft sitting in Hawaii with a departure in a couple of days. Long flight hours and 13 hours worth of time changes causes a little bit of jet lag. Won't make it to Casa this week hopefully everything goes well and I make it in time for next week..

Will you be back Saturday or Sunday? Tina or I will be able to pick you up at the airport. After that, Suzy's back on deck. See you soon, I hope.

Steve/Tina: As of right now I'm arriving on UNITED AIRLINES FLIGHT 6246 at 0904 Sunday morning. The aircraft will launch in the morning and if they have no issues I will grab the redeye and head home. Thanks for all the help and see you soon.
