Yeah, and he always enjoys that ATT 3G experience at the shop. No wonder he always connects to my WiFi. I guess that we're so far out in the boonies that ATT 3G will never get here.

If the Iphone came with the option to have Verizon I would get one. However until that happens I will have to wait...

The shop looks really strange without Nick's MINI in it. He drove it off today after I finally got all the bugs out of it. I should be picking up the other nightmare from East Bay MINI tomorrow after two weeks of MINIUSA and the German engineers puzzling over the problem. Good thing this was an insurance job (and they paid way more than it was worth to fix it) or the car would have gone to the wrecking yard.

Oil changes and ordering more parts. The driveshafts are being assembled and should ship next week and be here the first week of August. I already have your wheel bearings so we're set with that fix/mod. I received a package for you yesterday from OSIR Design. I'm going to have to charge you a fee for receiving Audi parts here. Has Nick been a good boy and not gotten too rambunctious driving his MINI? I don't want to see it back here for a long time. Jim said you want the Nitrous system I have on the shelf. Are you sure you don't want to help me buy the building next door? I could add another lift and you and Nick would have a permanent place for your MINIs.

Sweet! Sounds like lots of action going down at CMS. The box from OSIR Design is adhesive for the CF-trimmed side skirts going on the wagon. That's great news on the driveshafts & replacement wheel bearings. I'm excited to get the clacking to go away. As far as the VENOM setup I'm definitely interested, but if we end up going with a big turbo conversion & throwing down major whp I don't think we can do the NO2 setup. Right?

As far as the buildings in that complex, what are the comparables in that area? Do I need to make a couple calls to get a x-y value range?
