Thanks. Only idiots obey that limit though. I take that long sweeping corner (it goes over 90 degrees) at 90+. It is a geat test of a car's setup.

Oh, BTW. I will not be buying the m7 M62 sc.

After talking to Jan, I will be getting a race prepared El D Stroker kit, m62, ported/polished head, custom header, engine. Now I just need to find 8 grand laying around somewhere...

Nope. Frankly, I trust El D to push the envelope far enough without effecting reliability.. The cool thing is that if i blow the new motor up, I still have my old one.

Toe Hook

My Convertible does not have a tow hook extending from the front. Is that something you added?

Actually....it's in a styrofoam box, next to the battery, in the boot. Along with some "cheapie" emergency tools.

Steve and I are headed down to Santa Ana tomorrow. We are picking up supplies from M7, and doing the SoCal Big MINI Show on Sunday.
Have to be back at the shop on Monday.

MY LAST FULL DAYS OFF WAS MTTS, SINCE THEN I HAVE WORKED EVERY DAY. AND SINCE OCT 1 IT HAS BEEN 14 - 18 HOUR DAYS. I AM TAKING A 5 MINUTE BREAK TO CHECK IN AN THEN ITS BACK TO PAPER WORK. THE RESTAURANT IS BOOMING BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE SOON.
