Well, I think I've said it already a bunch: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...=154143&page=2. At this point I'll schedule the location, time, etc. but people are going to get what they get since nobody's put in suggestions. Ruth Chris here we come!
Tonight, Nick & I went and tried the NQ4UBBQ. It was okay, but we were not to impressed. The service was slow and the prices were not that great. I had the pull apart pork plate which consisted of: bbq pork, two sides(I chose sweet potato fries,(they were scrumptous) and Mac & Cheese(some hard macaroni) and you also got BBQ beans. All this for 12.95. If you wanted it as a sandwich, it was a little bit cheaper. Nick had the Brisket. They have a bar (which serves Blue Moon & Budweiser) for myself. Did not look as if they had a meeting room. After the terrible service we did not attempt to look into the location much further. Just a little input. Ruth's Chris would be fine.
MINI was hauled off on a flatbed today to Sacramento... Hopefully the dealer will have the radiator fixed by monday... Thoes *******s had better not try and **** me over on this....

That CF rear-seat-delete caused your radiator to leak. Or maybe it was all those engine mods or nitrous. We'll see how mod friendly Niello is after this.

Were you driving it like miss daisy because you remember when you came through kansas we agreed that your car likes to be slapped around.
Steve my Alta resonator is shot. Would you by chance have a copy of the invoice? Because back in May I moved into my brothers house and I can't remember what I did with it.
The day it broke, ya I was taking it easy... This has been a long time coming though. The whistling sound it made at idle was apparently a precursor to the pump failing.

The pump is on the driver's side so how was the coolant ending up next to the passenger tire? Generally, when the pump fails, the coolant expansion tank spews coolant. You said last night that that wasn't the case. So what blew?
No idea. I'm just telling you what the sa said on the phone from the cursory inspection. The car has yet to go on the lift so we shall soon see....

Dr. Steve, is there a seperate adj. for the high beams on my headlights? The low beam seems to be ok, maybe alittle low, but the high is really low. Is it because the low is a alittle low?.............dang I said "low" alot it that sentence
The SA at Nelo called. Its the water pump and its COVERED! Wohoo! Anywhoo, my car will be back tomorrow. Now I just need to find out if they put my pully onto the new SC....

They shouldn't have had to replace the supercharger since the water pump is a separate part. The gear box for the waterpump is a different story.

No separate highbeam adjustment. Make sure the low is correct and the highbeam should be good.
Aaah. I always assumed it was one complete unit. That is comforting, since I was concerned that they would either loose my pulley or I would have to do another pulley job...
I also think this explains the mincing squirrels sound the car was making... It was probably water cavitating in the pump....
