Heya guys!

Just wanted everyone to know that I'll be stepping back from event organization for MoM for a while. Summer is already a crazy season for me with conventions and yard work and family events, and this looks to be further complicated by my book going to press (and the associated self-promotion efforts that I hear I really should do to try to help sales). I'm just too swamped and something has to go...

I'll still be attending the monthly Mini Mornin' breakfasts and I'll be looking for things to go to like the Quaker Steak and Lube British Car nights and such. What I'll ask however is that if you kow about something coming up that MINI people might like to know about to please post a thread in here - there are many years of MINI and Brit car experience in this club so I hope that I can count on everyone to keep each other informed.

If anyone wants to take up the mantle of "official unoffical event planner" then I invite you to PM me here or email me at imagox@yahoo.com, and I'll be happy to share whatever megre wisdom I've gleaned over the past few months and hand over the mantle.

Yeah - they just let me out of there after almost 5 years of getting up early in the mornings to write...

Guess with novels the first 180,000 word effort doesn't count. I'm slated for a late September release, but it just went up on Amazon for pre-order last week!
