Old farts on the Blue Ridge Parkway & Skyline Drive 2010....

Not sure if anyone is interested, but if you are Babs & I are headed to Robbinsville NC & then back up the Blue Ridge Parkway & Skyline Drive. We are leaving Hooterville on Tue Oct 12 & returning on the Fri Oct 15 or Sat Oct 16.

Anyone care to come along?

 

Let me check my schedule. I love the Blue Ridge Parkway and if I'm not out of town I may go.

Chuck, I have a meeting in Greensboro on Friday and will know after that meeting if I am free to head south with you and Babs Bambino. Are you palnning on staying at the Blue ??? in Robinsville?

 

The plan is to stay at the Blue Water Mountain Lodge in Robbinsville on Tuesday night. The other nights we are just going to wing it. I have no idea how much ground we will cover each day.

 

That sounds great. I was hoping to join you on the fall tour. Not this year however.

 

Next fall we will do another one I am sure. Lord willing & the creek don't rise.

Will you guys be back for breakfast on saturday?? I know at one time we talked about a drive down to Roscoe Village after breakfast this weekend. Thoughts? I'd love to go on an adventure and haven't been there since i was little
