Amy's new stripes!

Amy has wanted a set of offset racing stripes since she bought her car last fall - finally got 'em done. I think they came out pretty good...

I like it!

(Which size of Apple sticker is that? The smaller one that comes with the iPods and have 2 on a sheet or the big one?)

I want to make a Calvin taking that bite from the Apple logo. While peeing on a PC.

No-where. I ordered some 6" auto vinyl, busted out the Xacto and t-square (the narrower stripe is a 6" piece cut in half) and did some wet-install work. Oh yeah and finished it with a roll of pinstripe tape. Vinyl 4-evah...

Nice work.

What kind of prep did you do? Did you de-wax, if so what did you use?

I always clay bar where I'm going to apply vinyl - that way nothing gets beneath it. In her case, the car needed to be re-waxed anyway, so I clay barred the entire car, put on the stripes and will re-wax the entire thing later.
