Broken Pinky :(

Well I learned a valuable leason this week. Do not try to catch a football behind your back using just your right pinky finger. It got dislocated (looked like a y missing the left top section.) I pulled it and it popped back into place, but x-rays today showed a small chip off the middle bone in the finger so I have a splint that I have to wear for a couple of weeks, then it will either be healed or will need orthopedic surgery

On a positive note we got new floors put into our house this week and they look fantastic!

Ouch. That will teach you to be a show off!
I wore a splint on my right hand-middle finger a few years ago for 6 weeks. It made for some interesting use of the computer mouse.
What kind of floors did you put in?

Now when you drink tea you'll be holding your pinky finger out like a real gentleman.

I wonder if Dr Evil started that way??? Hmmm

Hope you feel better soon Allen.

I broke my pinky a few years ago in a freak Zaino accident: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=45459

ust make sure the splint is fit to your finger correctly, and is taped securely so the finger can't slip or move. Mine wasn't, and I ended up with a crooked pinky.

Red oak floors and my splint was slipping when I left the DR, but I have since snugged it up

I was told I was drinking my beer like a girl earlier tonight.

And you think that had something to do with the finger?

Hey, Pinkie,
Are you taking a bike when you go to the Dragon? If so, I'll tell you what my brother found in terms of a route that was fantastic. Very nice to have big brother so entertained!!

Not planning on taking a bike to Dragon, but I have riden down there a couple of times and it is all very nice.

Another interesting fact: Your right pinky is the perfect tool to get water out of your right ear, there is no other substitute besides laying on your right side for five minutes.

Have Jill smack you on the left side of your head, HARD! The water will fly out of your right ear.
