WTB Flood Damaged Cooper S - Any year.
I agree, kind of vulture like. But what's really blown me away is the sight of those thousands of drowned vehicles, most still under water. I can't imagine the $$$ loss.
I hope Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana have tough salvage laws so when those water damaged vehicles show up on the resale market in a year or so, they're identified as such.

The only thing is, they will get more from the insurance company than they will selling it on NAM or a wrecking yard.
They claim it, get their money, and they're done with it. Probably won't find many, if any, on NAM.
If they keep it, they're basically buying it for salvage from the insurance company, and that amount gets deducted from the total claim. Total loss = $24000, buy back = $8000, the check to them = $16000. Too much hassle for what they're going through imho. And that $16000 won't buy a shiny, new MCS or MC.
